Cavalcadence plays Cadence 30: Green Bat #20
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So, uh... this is actually the second time I've missed a Green Bat because of a Speedrun attempt. ^^;; Though this time, I only had two beats to spot it, instead of five... so maybe I shouldn't feel quite as bad about this one. It still bothered me a bit, though, as you'll be able to tell by my distracted play and careless mistakes... ah well. =)
Oh, and if anybody's curious, my first speedrun-missed Green Bat was Green Bat #6 (Cavalcadence plays Melody 7). I'll include a link near the bottom of this description. ^^
Anyway, here it is... Green Bat #20... the (second) one that got away! =)
The Green Bat was encountered (Zone 1, Level 1) at around: 0:50
The mini-bosses I encountered and the boss I heard but didn't see during this run were:
Zone 1: Minotaur, Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, and Coral Riff 1 (heard but not seen).
Some notes and possible points of interest:
0:06 Zone 1, Level 1
0:18 Health Shop! Hopefully it'll have something good! =)
0:19 An apple and an empty heart container... =p Well, not what I was hoping for, but...
0:24 Apple, Gluttony Charm, & Empty Heart Container! Four of five hearts now! =)
0:37 Shield Spell! Wow, five hearts and a Shield Spell in a little over half a minute... not a bad start! =)
0:41 Mini-boss: Minotaur
0:50 Okay, with the mini-boss out of the way, let's head for the exit! Wait, was that a Green Bat...?? I've... already stepped on the stairs, haven't I? =p
0:52 Zone 1, Level 2. I guess it was hiding in the corner or something? That's kind of annoying. =/ I'll have to check the video later. Oh, a Trapdoor! Maybe I can still get a decent Speedrun out of this. ^^
1:05 Mini-boss: Red Dragon
1:05 Zone 1, Level 3
1:12 Ow. =( ...or not.
1:23 Well that could've gone better. =p ...oh, another Trapdoor! Sure, why not? Just remembered I have a Shield Spell I forgot to use during the Red Dragon battle, so let's take advantage of it now! =)
1:32 Mini-boss: Gray Minotaur
1:32 Zone 1, Boss: Coral Riff 1
1:39 "You died! Press Up + Down to continue." ...or not. =p I was actually still thinking about the Green Bat a bit, and wasn't paying enough attention to when the Shield Spell would wear off. ^^;; Ah well. =)
