Rewind is a game of time manipulation and self-cooperation. I'd actually had my eye on this game for a while, so when it got discounted during the recent Steam Summer Sale... I just had to pick it up. =)

Anyway, I had a lot of fun playing through Rewind, so I thought I'd record and upload some videos! Hope you enjoy!


Level 7-3: Luxuria, The Spine
Clone Trial: Using 4 of 6 clones!

So... just like the "Who Was Clone" trick for Level 3-5 (Assembly Line), it's actually possible to walk along the edge of the ledge in 7-3... which, as you can imagine, saves both on Clone usage... and a lot of time! In fact, the method I used in this video is also how I got my Time Trial record below 60 seconds! =)

One important note:
Make sure to walk around the pillars, instead of jumping. For some reason, if you jump around the pillars, on Replay (when you're playing the next Clone), the Replay Clone will sometimes fall through the ledge instead of landing on it. =p Which strongly suggests that walking along the ledge is not an intended solution. =) However, if you walk around the pillars instead of jumping, the Replay Clone will stay on the ledge just fine. =)

A secondary note:
The second (and final) time you use Right Clone, you can actually jump around the pillars if you want (since you're completing the level with this Clone, the actions won't have to be Replayed). Or you can walk around them again. But personally, I found it easier to use the strategy I used in this video. Basically, if you have the other two Clones run across the buttons, with one Clone starting slightly after the other... each platform will stay solid for longer (the second Clone steps onto the button right before the first Clone steps off)... which makes it pretty easy for Right Clone to simply run and jump from platform to platform without ever pausing. =)
