For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So... I've been having some unusually good luck with Obsidian Rapiers lately. ^^; Of course, with how mercurial luck usually is in NecroDancer, I'm sure it won't last... but it is nice to enjoy while it does. =)
Anyway, as some of you already know, I've been trying for a sub-9min speedrun for a while now... And during this run, that's really all I was hoping for (especially going into the NecroDancer battle with only 1 bomb!)... but somehow (Obsidian Rapier luck??)... I ended up with a sub-8.5! ^.^;;
Anyway, here's the video... hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses and bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Green Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Red Dragon, and Deep Blues 1.
Zone 2: Gray Minotaur, Gray Direbat, Green Banshee, and Death Metal 2.
Zone 3: Gray Direbat, Blood Nightmare, Gray Minotaur, and Coral Riff 3.
Zone 4: Blood Nightmare, The Mommy, Ogre, Dead Ringer, and The NecroDancer.
Some notes and possible points of interest:
0:07 Zone 1, Level 1
0:11 Bats... not what I wanted. =p
0:16 Hmm, no exits from this room... but maybe I can dig my way towards the Exit room...
0:17 ...or find a Trapdoor! =)
0:25 Mini-boss: Green Dragon

0:33 Nice! Another Trapdoor! =)
0:37 Mini-boss: Gray Minotaur

0:46 Nice! Another Trapdoor! =) Making really good time... though I still don't have a decent weapon. =p
0:51 Oh wait, that shrine and box are right next to each other! Hopefully one of them will have a weapon better than the starting Dagger...

1:02 Hmm, not sure if I want to risk losing this build by taking the Trapdoor... maybe I'll head for the Exit normally. With the rapier at full strength, it shouldn't take too long... I hope? ^^;

6:29 Frost Charm shattered! Orange armadillo. =p
6:34 Pixie explosion! Oops, wasn't thinking. ^^;; At least the Obsidian Armor reduced the damage to half a heart. ^^

7:35 Zone 4, Final Boss: The NecroDancer. Hmm, only have one bomb... =(
8:09 Ow (Cadence). Still in "rapier" mode, I guess. ^^;
8:30 Ow (Dorian). Since Dorian has good armor, taking some damage to save some time...
8:32 Ditto.
8:37 Woo! My first ever Cadence sub-8:30 win! =)
