[Oh, in case anybody was curious, I'm probably going to hold off on purchasing Hades II for at least a bit; I'll probably pick it up sometime during the Early Access period, just not immediately! ^^]
So, while I did want to confirm that Zag's win streak stat didn't max out at 99 (it didn't), I also didn't want it to get so large that I'd start worrying more about preserving the streak than simply having fun (which probably wouldn't happen at 100 or 200... but probably would happen eventually!)...
So every time Zag's win streak got to 100, I intentionally changed the 15-Heat balance to a harder mix. I figured, if Zag won, great! If not, that was fine too. =)
Anyway, the run before this one wasn't the first time I got Zag's win streak to 100... but it was the first time the Rail was next. For this run, I intentionally chose a 15-Heat balance that would make the final boss battle significantly more difficult than usual, expecting this would mean a pretty good chance Zag would break his streak...
Zag won. ^^;
(Oh, and if anybody's curious, I kept the 15-Heat balance the same for Zag's next run (Blade), but that run... didn't go nearly as well as this one!)

Some quick notes on the basic strategy I used:
- "Pom Blossom" run, trying for Darkness bonuses from Chaos (Eclipse) and Poseidon (Ocean's Bounty), if doing so doesn't endanger the run.
- Aspect of Hestia is good for Attack-based builds; Aphrodite on Attack would be nice, but Demeter, Athena, or Poseidon is fine too!
