Cavalcadence plays Monk 50: 14-damage trident! (All Zones Mode: SYNCHRONY)


So... I was thinking recently that I hadn't done a Synchrony Monk run yet... so as a change of pace, I thought I'd try some Monk runs. =)

And on my very first run, the very first item the game offered Monk... was a Ring of Becoming. Heh.

And I started thinking... this first run was only supposed to be a practice run anyway, just to get used to playing Monk again, so I didn't really have any high expectations going into this first run anyway, so... sure, let's go for it and see what happens. =)

So that's how this became a Ring of Becoming run. And then the game offered Monk a 1-2 Glass Trident... and I figured, since the run ends anyway if Monk gets hit, might as well make this a Glass Trident run as well... ^.^

Anyway, long story short... by the time Monk made it to the Zone 3 Boss, he had a 14-damage trident... and despite me making some minor mistakes along the way, Monk actually managed to keep his weapon unshattered for the entire run... and I ended up with my first ever 14-damage trident win! ^_^
