So... back when Synchrony was first released into Early Access (v3.1.0), I noticed a line in the (very long) launch/patch notes which said "Changed Mary's Curse to no longer bypass the Potion". My first thoughts at the time were basically something like: "hmm, that sounds a bit too powerful", then "wait, no, it probably doesn't cancel the Curse, it probably just restores her health while the curse keeps going", and "hmm, that doesn't sound like it'd make too much of a difference most of the time... but I guess a couple extra beats to get to the stairs/trapdoor could end up being useful..."

So... okay, yeah, definitely could be useful. ^.^ For the first time since Synchrony launched, I had Mary fairly close to the exit stairs when I made a careless mistake that got the lamb hit... and despite being so close to the exit stairs, Mary definitely wouldn't have made it to the next level if the Potion hadn't given her a few extra beats. ^^;

So yeah, the Potion saved the lamb. =) Well, not directly, but indirectly, by giving Mary a couple extra beats. ^_^
