We dealt with three pirates. easy enough.
Reemergence

Remember that planet that seems to have vanished? Well, it's back. And it doesn't want other ships to scan them. So... go scan them, and see if you can talk to someone around there... Maybe they know what's going on...
We arrived, and while I wanted to go scan the 3 "listening posts", my two destroyers immediately ran off to attack cruisers. I caught up to them, and we took care of the first group. They're dead.
We tackled the second group, and this is where BOTH of my destroyers got themselves killed. ARGH!!!!! I destroyed the Lyran opponents anyway but took a bit of damage.
I noticed a freighter hiding on the other side of the planet. I hailed him, and he said he knew what's going on, but we need to get a "projector" back from the two cruisers hiding in the corner.
I went to the two cruisers, and fortunately, I didn't have to fight them. As soon as they heard "Red Claw Clan" and "contra-band" they said, "we don't want any trouble". I "asked" them to drop their shields, and they did. I beamed out the projector, plus some spare parts they had (I was out of spare parts fixing up the damaged engine) then turned around and went to scan the listening posts. I hailed the freighter, who told us what we got back was ruined, but he'll honor his bargain. Seems the Lyrans were trying to build some mega project and it sorta screwed up the entire planet.
We scanned all three listening posts, which turned out to be projectors, then we left the area.
NOTE: Losing all those ships and one legendary officer really hurts my bottom line, but the game is supposed to scale.

NOTE: This will be our final foray as a Lyran, folks. I've tried to continue from here, but either the game's bugged, or I am just an utter failure playing as a Lyran, but I can't pass the next mission. So this will be the end of this series.
