Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians for PC developed by Threaks and published by Reverb Publishing.

Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians places us in control of a beat buddy. Apparently "beat buddy" means "blob of sentient stuff capable of punching, grabbing things, swimming throughout beautiful aquatic stages, and occasionally getting down with his bad self if you don't move him for a while." Fairly thorough. It's up to him to save the music from the forces which seek to seal it up for themselves, because music should be free, man. To this end he'll have to assist the moderately-inept Clef as they quest to defeat an empire and save Harmony and Melody.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians for PC and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
