Set after the events of The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water, Spongebob HeroPants is a simple 3D action/platformer based on the lucrative Nickelodeon franchise. Make that money, Tom Kenny! Players choose their favorite character, from Spongebob to Patrick and even Plankton, and they platform all over the bottom of the sea. The gameplay will be familiar to anyone who’s played a 3D platformer, consisting mostly of collecting items, riding platforms and bashing enemies. You can also transform into your character’s hero form—Sandy’s, in particular, is fantastic. Spongebob HeroPants is a single-player game on the Nintendo 3DS.
