0:00 Jufra Entrance & Ragmarian Ruins
When you enter the Jufra Forest, you'll find two paths. The east path leads you back to Ragmarian Ruins, near Barebones Inn. In v1.0.3 and earlier, you could exploit a glitch with the Serpent Coin buyer to get infinite money and become a god.
You can go east to the Haunted Treeline and create a shortcut if you want.
11:17 Grigori Village
This place seems to be under the control of those nasty knights. You can create a shortcut back to the first map of the game.
To the north is a farm, and you can make the villagers happy by fighting all the enemies on the map. Further north, you can find a small map and talk to Violeta.
21:53 Jufra Forest
While traveling, you can find a small cave with non-hostile versions of the Ordofean enemies. One of them will even gamble with you, though it's not worth it.
You have a choice here that can affect the story a lot. You can perform a non-reversible ritual at the stonehenge formation to make the Baroness appear at the Tall Sanctuary. She appears to be all the minds that ever lived and can access the consciousness of everyone, even the Uniformity cult.

At low HP, she will transform.
31:42 Consequences
The Baroness dies hoping that you'll include Ganfel in your murderhobo spree. Grab the Emblem of Crows behind her.
After killing her, the small cave with Ordofeans is now a hostile area, since the Baroness was their leader.
33:28 Reloading and Searching for the Tree House
Instead of activating the ritual, continue searching Jufra and you'll get to a map SW of the ritual map. Thanks to a glitch, you can farm infinite fragile pickaxes, but this isn't really super important, since you can find Golden Pickaxes later.
Don't take the south exit, since that is a one-way transport to the waterfall area.
37:03 Secret Treehouse Meeting
Inside the treehouse to the NW, you'll find the Baroness as long as you didn't do the ritual. Actually, in v1.0.3 and earlier, she would still appear, but this should get fixed in a future patch.
This time, the Baroness tells you to beware of Ganfel and gives you the Emblem of Crows. You can either kill her or spare her, and I chose the latter with the assumption that this will lead to the greatest change. If you spare her, she will teleport you to the Tall Sanctuary, where you can create a shortcut to the farmlands.
40:15 Exploring Nearby
I used the pickaxe exploit to just get some of the useless rocks out of the way. I also went for the tower in the Ramarian area.
45:24 Tower of Crows
As you climb, be careful not to fall into holes, or you'll be transported to an earlier floor.
At the top, you'll meet the Witch of Chains, who was also created by Witch Cat. She wants to kill us and break our spirit in repeated battles until the Witch Cat decides to free her, and then she plans on killing Witch Cat for imprisoning her. We also learn that the Witch Cat stole the concept of time and gave it to someone else. Was it Ganfel?

The witch reveals her name is Medusa, though Scrooge mocks her for being weak.
