Missed moves:
- 25. Rxe7+ wins a bishop and leads to mate with 25... Kf8 26.Qd5. I saw this re-watching the game.
- 31. Bh6+ leads to mate.
Both of these moves, and others, had good follow-ups so there were no real blunders.
Chess 88 (CHESS88) was developed by Don Berg. I had version 2.0 as a child, the version I am playing here. It was the first computer chess program I ever beat. My brother, Jason Doucette, has found versions as high as 4.1 on the internet. Version 2.0 allows look ahead levels from 1 to 6, and version 4.1 allows level 1 to 5.
