Everyone's favorite anime figure database website and community - myfigurecollection.net, will be undergoing a number of changes - hopefully for the better, but there are two important changes which I'd like to bring it to everyone's attention. One good change that everyone has been requesting for - possibly allowing non-Japanese (read: Chinese) figure brands, manufacturers, anime characters and more in the near future. The likes of Genshin Impact, Arknights and Azur Lane figures by chinese figure companies might finally be allowed in MFC. However, things seem to be still in work in progress.

A second change which I personally deem as a really bad idea, is the removal of a couple of controversial tags - which is fine itself, but only to be replaced with tags that are no better. Worse, the replacement tags might increase the likelihood of misinterpretations. What do you think is the appropriate way to change things the right way?
