Love the Choose Your Own Adventure Books as a child or still enjoy the books and nostalgia as an adult, then Zman Games have transformed one of the books 'House of Danger' by R.A Montgomery into Choose Your Own Adventure style board game similar to that of Legacy of Dragonholt, TIME Stories and the Unlock series.
Players are essentially taking on the role of a psychic investigator and uncovering the mystery behind their nightmares. Their fate draws them to an unusual mansion where their adventure begins. House of Danger plays across 5 chapters each can be played in its own self contained session. Players will be given a goal in each chapter that they will need to attain. Along the way players will engage in challenges, make important narrative based decisions and encounter dastardly endings that will shock and amaze.
This game is absolutely hilarious. It is a light storytelling game that well and truly elevates its source material and turns it into a fun light immersive experience for the entire family.
