Men At Work is a dexterity style board game inspired by games such as JENGA, PICK UP STICKS and JUNK ART. In this game players are competing against each other to help contribute to a central construction site where players are placing different coloured beams, workers, bricks and girders. The materials that players place out are determined by a set of instruction cards with a plethora of different combinations. Players will need to view the game area from different perspectives and at a 3-Dimensional level to truly grapple the games' challenges.

If players can successfully place their pieces without dropping them or causing other pieces to topple over, then players will retain their safety certificates and remain a trusted contributer to the organisation. If players cause parts of the site to collapse, they will lost safety certificates and risk being eliminated from the game.

At about a quarter of the way through the game, the construction site boss appears. When she does, players who successfully place their piece in the highest position on their turn will receive a worker of the month award. If a player receives the required worker of the month awards then that player is declared the winner of the game.

There are multiple modes of gameplay including a cardboard crane that players can use to elevate the riskiness of the game.

The Board Game Sanctuary is a family friendly board game channel that aims to introduce the board gaming hobby to new and seasoned players in a light, fun and humourous way.
