Hey everybody and welcome back for more Chrono Trigger! When we left off Crono had been killed by Lavos and now we have our flying time machine Jizzm to get around the different eras and maps. The Black Omen rises out of the ocean and we can go there at any time to end the game. First thing we need to do is head to The End of Time to get something from Gaspar the Time Egg or Chrono Trigger as he calls it. Next we need to head to talk to Belthasar to find out the other things we need. To the fair we go to get a clone of Crono from the crazy magician dude in his tent. One more trip to Belthasar and we can go to Death Peak finally. Getting past this stupid wind is really annoying. A couple Lavos Spawn minibosses later and we are on our way to the summit. An eclipse happens and we are sent to the moment Crono died and we can switch his clone out for him. Yay Crono is back! Time for some sidequests! First up we are going to help Fiona out in reviving the forest. In the Sunken Desert there are some goodies for us to grab, and a boss fight with Retinite! After defeating it, we head back to Fiona's Villa and Robo stays behind to help cultivate and grow the forest. A quick trip on our time machine later we meet up with him in the present and the forest has grown! Save before you attempt this part because you only get one shot per playthrough to save Lucca's mother and make her able to walk again. The code is LARA, A is circle i believe on the inputs. When we get back Robo gives Lucca the GreenDream nice! Next up on our list of sidequests is Ozzie's Fort. Secret Room here with Magus' ultimate equipment so be sure to grab it while youre here. You can also Charm the items from each of the bosses pretty cool. Once again Ozzie falls to his own traps and we move on to the next sidequest. In the future we can go to the Geno Dome where all the robots are said to be made. A couple puzzles later and Robo meets up with his girlfriend Atropos who after being defeated gives Robo her ribbon which increases his stats. But wait theres more we still have to fight Mother Brain! No not the one from Metroid. Charm the displays for some useful items. Next up is the Sun Stone, the sun keep is in the future on a random island that took me forever to find. Son of Sun is an annoying fight but not a hard one persay. We get the Moonstone from it and then head to 65,000,000 BC to leave it to charge. Heading to the present, the Moonstone has been stolen so back in time we go to figure out who took it. We need to buy some Jerky from the Snail Stop then go back in time and give the jerky to the current mayor's ancestor and then go back to the present to return the moonstone to its place, then to the future to finally obtain some neat items from it. Next up is fixing up the Northern Ruins and laying Cyrus to rest and powering up the Masamune for Frog and getting some more items from the sealed boxes in the past and present. Going down the list the next thing is the Rainbow Shell which Toma has been tasked with finding. I told you we would be back to the Tyrano Lair eventually. almost the same layout as before and another boss for us to fight the Rust Tyrano! The Rainbow Shell is stored in the castle and the King is framed for selling the shell for profit. Yakra the 13th shows up posing as the chancellor and after his defeat since we have the Sunstone Melchoir makes us some overpowered ass items. And we are in the final stretch now guys. The Black Omen is all that we have left to conquer, and its a long ass treck to the end. One final meet up with Lavos and all the bosses we have faced so far and then its time for his Core. This fight is actually really tough if you dont do all the sidequests and level way up twards the end of the game. But i did it! It has been a long and arduous journey but its finally over.
