0The Original Game Boy is one of the biggest 'game changers' in the history of video games, and essentially ushered in the popularity of handheld games. There are many games that will be classic forever. There are, however, a much, much higher number of simply awful, forgettable, or downright weird games. CiB Game Boy Theater shows you some of the games you might not (and shouldn't be...) familiar with.
Let me first say, re: Jungle Book - after finishing this blind run, I watched a Let's Play, and they were able to run and pretty easily make that gap. I have to ask: how? I tried all available buttons, and I thought all combinations, and yet I never ran like I saw in the video. Really don't think it's a controller problem --- I use the same SNES controller for all these games. Am I just too dumb to understand the glory of The Jungle Book on Game Boy? All signs point to... probably.
Speedy Gonzales --- question of the part --- WHAT is the name of that one classical song playing the whole time? Answer below. Besides that, this is a 100% Sonic rip-off, and like every rip-off ever made ever, it's not great. It's... decent. I could play it if I had to, but, luckily for me, I don't (anymore).
