CiB Let's Try - Micro Machines (SNES)
Micro Machines was originally released in 1991 for the NES. Afterwards, it got ported to almost every possible video game system of the time, including the SNES in 1994. The SNES version was developed by Merit Studios Europe (who also developed about 40 other games, not a single one I've ever heard of), and published by Ocean Software, who were essentially the British LJN.
Micro Machines has always been a game that'd been remembered fairly fondly -- especially the NES version. The SNES version plays fairly well, although the gameplay modes are very bare-bones. If it's single player, you pretty much just race very short races. The multiplayer mode is an odd tug-of-war. Overall, there's definitely better racing games on the SNES, but Micro Machines is a solid, if unremarkable title. Thanks for watching!
