CiB Let's Try - Mort the Chicken (PS1)
1Playstation 1 is truly the 'Wild West' of video game systems. In the early days of 3D, it seemed like every developer tried to throw their hat into the massively popular PS1 ring and produced some of the most random, odd games of all-time. Recently, we sat down with a stack of PS1 games we never heard of, and the results are... unsurprising.
This is another game I've seen from time to time. Mort the Chicken is another one of those games that really would only be possible on the Wild West of the PS1.
The humor in the cutscenes is actually pretty good - it's obviously very silly and over the top, but it works. The gameplay is rather boring, and as Trev said, after only playing about 5 minutes: 'I only played this level to see what the next cutscene would be'. That's... about right. It's decently cheap, so pick this one up if you want some PS1 humor in your life.
