Cities: Skylines - Improving & Building New Districts! (Gameplay & Commentary)

While we are slowly expanding our city it is important to not forget about the older districts. The first half of this episode I decide to focus on the existing city while in the second half we try and build a new district by the waterfall.
Instead of making a full "Let's Play" series I decided it would be better to record an hour of gameplay, and edit it to the point where you can still see the progression in the city, but don't have to sit back for an hour and watch everything happen.
