In StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void Zerg players have the option to go for Lurker drop harass versus Terran. While usually Terran players will be fine at defending this if they go for Biological units (Marine, Marauder, Mine, Medivac, etc.) they will have a hard time holding this type of aggression with Mechanical units such as Siege Tanks.
In the past of StarCraft 2 it is very uncommon for Zerg players to be aggressive versus Terran. Usually the most harassment you will see comes from Mutalisks. However, in the Legacy of the Void expansion there are countless of new options that are available for Zerg players.
