Cities: Skylines - High Tech District! (Edited Gameplay)

In the previous episode we started off with a new district by the beach. In this episode we continue building it and we decide to zone it in with high-tech policies. The policies only allows people to only build fancy houses and nothing else.
Instead of making a full "Let's Play" series I decided it would be better to record an hour of gameplay, and edit it to the point where you can still see the progression in the city, but don't have to sit back for an hour and watch everything happen.
