StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm coaching session for Silver League Zerg players. In this coaching session the primary focus is Zerg versus Protoss, however most of the principles discussed will also apply to the other match-ups.

This is a full coaching session for StarCraft 2 with very little editing. It should give you a good indication on how much room for improvement there is when you're focused on macro alone. Besides focusing on macro, we also have a look at a standard Zerg build order where you go for a two base Roach timing attack.

A focus on macro, build orders and timing attacks will allow you to improve the fastest when you're in one of the lower leagues in StarCraft 2. The mechanical skills you gain from focused practice like this will allow you to play any RTS game successfully.
