Guess the cutscene just didn't trigger. Kind of sad, as I've played the previous 2 Clash games. And exactly like those, this one is mixed also. The world seems even better and with the solid voice acting, it's even more polished. The level design however is even worse. The part where boy was stolen, I tried to go the right way, but it was blocked, so after the fight the blockade magically disappeared, and nothing to show that I can go that way anymore. Even though the game likes to give a lot of cutscenes.

The combat has always been clunky with these games, so nothing new here. The mechanics are also funny, why are pickup prompts tied to the camera, instead of my proximity? Finding stuff is difficult already, without forcing me to eye it at point blank range.

The main reason to play these is of course the surreal world, the ugly weird characters and whatever crazy shenanigans has to be made to make sense of it all.

Now if I was motivated enough, I might do the first 2h again, but I think I'm good just watching someone else play through this. The gameplay isn't that good.
