The happy ending still got me. Especially the part where you got to decide not to use the soul cannon and everyone was all "believe in yourself". And as I foresaw it truly was the true ending. The thing with Blitz probably triggered it.

So from the net it turns out, that NG+ is required to unlock the remaining backstory logs. I suppose that's also how I get those last 5 levels of upgrades, cuz those ancient upgrade materials didn't seem to be coming. Also seems like this is part of a series, as the after credits showed, a prequal to another game. Another couple of games in fact. I wonder what else can the upcoming sequel add.

Everything I said previously is still true. The story could've had less of the middle part and more of the end part. But as a whole, was still fun.

So, gameplay below average, story decent, cuteness supreme.
