It's not JUST the stream content that's caused my productivity to languish, although I will admit it's just plain EASIER to hit stream, play game, and then fall unconscious several hours later.

Meticulously edited, curated, and described content is HARD.

And it's still something of a passion of mine that just isn't being catered properly to.

I'm trying to take a step back in the right direction with this, although if you'll recall based on the extremely brief dabbling with such content in the past... THIS is even HARDER than the kind of content that I'm already shirking so... middle ground?

In the age of mass media oversaturation, of COURSE there's a premium on quality clipped content, saving viewers countless hours wasted just watching and/or interacting with people in a para-social quasi-relationship.

This need is all the more meaningful even now... but the complete global saturation means that the onus is even more on the content "producer" to curate a tiny subsample of their already allegedly-curated "content"... and suddenly I've gone from saving myself time with tiny content to making it take vastly longer than just hitting "submit" and making people dig through archives their own selves just to get whatever gobbets of prime cutlets might lurk within.

That's why you make the audience do it! I mean, the one that's already apparently held captive and unwilling to save themselves or their eyeholes from the visual nonsense already bombarding them.

Also, I have a button for that. It's not always easy to hit it with the best and most precise timing, mind you, especially since I have no idea the precise delay between action, button, stream, the stream robots doing what I asked, and... oh, by the way, I'm probably still (supposed to be) playing.

To cut to the quick, the end result here is... slightly anarchic, whiplash-inducing sense of non-timing that... sometimes hits harder than what I could've come up with going over everything with a fine-toothed comb (believe me, I know from experience!) ...I think the occasional gaffe only intensifies the parts where things just come together all the better.

But also, they're clips. Context is good! Confusing context is... better? Quick jump cuts, no matter how well-defined and carefully accounted for... will always be inherently disorienting anyway.

Plus, if it's bad. Just blame the robots! ...or the viewers? Wait, the viewers AREN'T robots?!

ALSO! ...due to the nature of the content under production/curation/etc., it's... not really possible to actually ensure that I fully segregate direct gameplay content and that with random bits of voice chat AND now bits with uncanny puppet action on the side, so... um... hopefully that's not TOO much of a deal-breaker?

I have recourse in case it is, mind you, BUT... I don't know how big a point of contention that would be. If it is, please complain! Loudly! From the rooftops! ...or whatever?

Or don't. If you don't, I'm going to assume it's okay and then just keep doing whatever I "feel" is right, so... really, any dissatisfaction would be YOUR fault, right? Right. (You didn't tell me otherwise! Not my fault! ;3)
