Clock Tower 2 marked the end of Hifumi Kono's involvement with the series, as the reigns were given to Yukata Hirata for this new title.

A stand alone title, that has nothing to do with the previous entries in the series, Clock Tower: Ghost head sees us playing as Yuu（優）a girl who has traveled from Tokyo to Osaka in order to visit a friend of her family. What she finds within the household is not something she was expecting, and as the player even she has her own surprises in store for us.

Taking place across multiple chapters, can Yuu discover the cause of the curse of the Takano Household, and the yellow blood?
