The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is an RPG created by CD Projekt Red initially for the PC, based on a series of books and short stories of the same name, by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Much like George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, The Witcher presents a bleak world full of political plots, and selfish desires.

We play as Witcher Geralt, an engineered human who has recently awoken from a coma. Whilst he tries to recall his past, his fellow Witchers are attacked, and the secrets of their practice stolen. Thus begins a journey to get the secrets back at any cost.

Whilst many people overlook this title in favour of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, I wanted to start at the roots to see where the story began. Is this game worth playing? Check out my review to find out!
