Clock Tower is an early survival horror game for the Super NES. It was released in September 1995, but sadly only in Japan. If you're interested in playing the game in English, the only way to do so is via emulation or a reproduction cart, which is what I used to capture the footage you're seeing the video. It's truly creepy and well worth hunting down!
