While running several gfx mods/tweaks a.o. No external hud, No interior lights, No ambient light, Bright suns, Increase Video Nominal Range (VD), Boost faint stars, etc ... my VR encounter (VR is different from watching this 'flat' video) with a Star becomes a totally different affair. That said, the purple hair of CMDR ShadowLX1 is not a mod, that's vanilla Elite Dangerous:)
