Collision Problem possibly fixed!

This time you see the debug lines correctly follow the trace direction and length. i changed a few physics settings, mostly regarding stabilization and iteration counts to solve precision problems. also i reduced the ray trace length by about 40cm. you can see the collision now behaves much more stable, when colliding with complex collision objects or when collding with simple collision bodies (walls at the end of the video).
