Commands for Trigger Scoreboards:
Command to add a Trigger Scoreboard - /scoreboard objectives add 'Trigger Name' trigger 'Scoreboard Objective Name'

To add a scoreboard - "/scoreboard objectives add 'Whatever name you want' 'Statistic you want to track'

Commands for the detection Command Blocks
Bottom (purple) - "/scoreboard 'team name' enable @a 'Command for Trigger'"
First Chain Command Block (green) - "/testfor @a[score_'Trigger name'_min=1]"
Second Chain Command Block - "/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar 'Scoreboard Name'"
Last (top) Chain Command Block - "/scoreboard players set @a 'Trigger Name' 0"

To change the color, simply change the Second Chain Command Block to "/scoreboard teams option players color 'Desired Color'"
