So this is the infamous Psycho Mantis fight -- I can't even begin to explain how groundbreaking this fight was in 1998. The entire MGS1 game is 4th-wall breaking, but this fight in particular was so far ahead of its time -- having to switch controller ports so Mantis can't read your moves -- him reading your memory cards ('You like Castlevania, don't you?'), it's all so memorable.
