How to Build a PC

1) Assemble your tools
2) Antistatic mat (Optional If you ground yourself)
3) Attach CPU to motherboard
4) Install RAM
5) Apply Thermal paste
6) Install cooler (consult your manuals)
7) Install internal N.VMe SSD
8) Remove case panels
9) Install motherboard offset screws in case
10) Check your motherboard manual to see if you need to install an I/O shield
11) Install I/O shield if necessary
12) Install motherboard into case
13) Install any additional fans
14) Install power supply
15) Route and connect Power Cables
16) Install GPU and other cards
17) Connect power cables
18) Install hard drives
19) Connect power and data cables
20) Double check all connections
21) Clean up cables using proper cable management
22) Put case panels back on.
23) Attach monitor, keyboard, power cable
24) Boot into BIOS (Basic Input Output System) by pressing Delete
25) Check that processor, RAM and all hard drives are showing up
26) Power down
27) Remove any drives from system except for your target OS install drive
28) Download Windows Media Installer (Google how to do this)
29) Insert USB drive with Windows Media Installer
30) Boot computer
31) Follow prompts to install Windows
32) When Windows is finished installing, download and install necessary drivers for your system and components.
33) Make cool stuff!
