Welcome back!

Today, I die in the Shield Maze a lot. I swear, in my previous take, I did a lot better. I lost that take, though, because it didn't record my voice at all and I was NOT doing a voice over for 48 minutes. Then this stretched out to almost 2 hours because I kept failing.

I acquire Radiance, then go to fight the Water Elemental, then a Barbarian that gave me no end of trouble. They still do, and I have possibly terrible luck, possibly just not-great luck this time.

How can a really tough foe change tactics? I burned a lot of buffs on the Elemental. Scrolls of 2nd level spells, a couple potions of 2nd level spells, you name it. It was expensive and didn't give me much. Good tactics to beat it, but poor strategy, given how little I got. Or was the bonus EXP and faster leveling well worth the cost?

Also by my bad rolls, I lock myself out of one set of loot in the dungeon and destroy an Amulet of Natural Armor +1. I'll get better stuff later, but that stings for now.
