[BLIND LET'S PLAY]

Finding themselves effectively trapped inside Heavenly Host, and one of their members, Ryousuke Katayama, ends up losing his leg in a trap and is slowly bleeding to death, Tohko Kirisaki and the other Byakudan students try regrouping and discussing any options they may have at leaving the building and going for help. While they managed to stop most of the bleeding in Ryousuke's injury, its obvious to everyone that his time is running out, and Ryousuke's friend, Tomohiro Ohkawa, is effectively losing his marbles over Ryousuke's condition as time goes on, although several of the other members of the group aren't faring too well either, with the only exception being Yuuya Kizami, who is managing to keep his cool while helping out the rest of the group.

Deciding to send some of their members out for help while the rest of the group decides to stay with Ryousuke and keep an eye on him, Neosekken finds himself watching Tohko, Kizami and a member of the Byakudan group that Neo is unfamiliar with, Kai Shimada make their way to the front entrance of the school, and along the way Neo learns more about Tohko herself, along with how she sees a person like Kai, who, while handsome and popular, has, and this is putting it lightly, a boorish personality and very flighty relationships with girls, which is something that Tohko (and Neo) finds very uncharming... and Kai's outright callous behavior towards the safety and well-being of his classmates, especially the injured Ryousuke, is not doing him any favors. Tohko even goes so far as to compare Kai unfavorably to Kizami who, while also handsome and popular in his own right, is someone who is "cool and spotless" in Tohko's eyes and is the ideal romantic partner in Tohko's eyes, along with being an ideal, dependable human being in any serious situation in general, just like the one they're in right now... (*Neo laughs somewhere in the distance*)

Tohko, Kizami, Sai and Neo eventually reach the front of the school, where they find the front door to be unlocked, and Kai wastes little time making his exit and leaving everyone else behind, although not before making a shallow attempt to charm Tohko into ditching her friends and come with him. No one is amused by this, and Tohko decides to make her dislike of Kai apparent at this point, insulting him before he decides Tohko isn't worth the effort... Kizami, on the other hand, seems to find amusement in Kai's behavior, which he flat out tells Kai when the latter decides to threaten Kizami with a very large pocket knife (and a familiar one, at that...).

Tohko and Kizami decide then to return to the rest of the group, although along the way they hear a scream from one of their classmates. Upon returning to the group, they discover that Ryousuke has died from blood loss, and Tomohiro is basically on the verge of completely losing it. Deciding to go off in search of the missing classmate on her own, Tohko goes off on her own. Unfortunately, it is around this time that a sequence of events begin to unfold, and upon their completion a monster is unleashed within the halls of Heavenly Host...
