ADDITIONS:
- New gamemode: Arms Race
- New shaders: "Character" (only with mat_dxlevel 95), "WeaponDecal" (only with mat_dxlevel 90 or above), "CustomWeapon" (only with mat_dxlevel 95), "SplineRope"
- New animations: reworked old animations, capsule hitboxess, ladder movement animation, bomb defusing animation, basically everything that CS:GO has
- New maps: ar_baggage, ar_dizzy, ar_shoots, cs_motel, de_austria (full and wingman)
- New command: sv_vote_kick_allow_other_team - allows servers to disable vote kicking players from different teams
- HLMV: Added a new "Materials" tab which allows you to change VMT settings on the fly
- Added camera animation for Shadow Daggers
- sv_rethrow_last_grenade
- Added a checkbox to toggle bot_defer_to_human_items on server creation panel

CHANGES:
- Changed Bloodhound gloves and Motorcycle gloves texture
- Improved lighting in buy menu and class selection menu
- Slightly changed camera angle in class selection menu
- Improved progress bar rendering for armor and health bars (its more precise now)
- Improved phong shader which is now a lot closer to CS:GO
- Added support for translucency on UnlitTwoTexture shader
- Once again changed old agents images, now they look almost exactly like in CS:GO
- Static props will no longer be lit with dynamic light created by muzzle flash

BUGFIXES:
- Restored missing tool brushes (such as clip brushes and optimization brushes) on Vertigo
- Fixed an issue which led to a problem of material proxies randomly disappearing
- Fixed an issue which led to old maps (such as vanilla CSS maps) have incorrect static prop lighting
- C4 explosion particle won't be preserved for next round
- Players who lost the round by running out of time while being alive won't receive a money award anymore
- Player model in buy menu and class selection menu won't jitter when you move anymore
- Doors won't disappear anymore when shooting near them

Known issues:
- Player's hands or legs may be twitching sometimes
- Player view won't go further down when planting the bomb like in CS:GO (how game-breaking!)
- Weapon world model doesn't always appear when the player spawns; simply switch weapon to fix it
