The influence of oak has always been the focus of the majority of beers brewed at Holy Mountain. A sizable building near the Seattle waterfront has allowed the team to build a vast stock of oak barrels, puncheons, and FOUDRES used for both primary fermentation as well as long-term aging. The proximity of the brewery to the Yakima valley also allows the team of brewers to utilize hops from the best producers in the world, constantly exploring the relationship between hops, oak, and mixed fermentation. In addition to oak-influenced beers, Holy Mountain also offers a wide range of rotating, hop-forward ales and lagers.

We are a production only nano brewery in Phinney Ridge. Jason started home brewing beer in the 90’s because it was a struggle to find good beer in Hawaii when he was stationed there in the Navy. After he started canning his home brew the demand instantly grew. Jason currently brews, packages, sells, and delivers the beer himself. We hope you enjoy our beers because he really does it, “All for beer!”

Fair Isle will produce farmhouse and wild beers such as tart Saisons and American Wild Ales. Because the yeast cultures were locally and naturally occurring, the beers were unique to each specific brewery’s location, creating flavors representing a specific place and time.

Métier means “one’s calling,” and at Métier Brewing Company our calling is brewing damn good beer and building stronger community to inspire bigger dreams for all.
