Xbox One X uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728x972. The resolution on Xbox One X rarely drops below 1920x1080. Xbox One X renders the UI at 3840x2160.
When outputting at 2160p, PS4 Pro renders at a native resolution of 1920x1080. When outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled, PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728x972. The resolution on PS4 Pro in the 1080p output mode drops below 1920x1080 more often than the Xbox One X does.
PS4 renders at a native resolution of 1920x1080.
Xbox One S renders the game at a resolution of 1600x900 and renders the UI at a resolution of 1920x1080.
