Xbox One X uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728x972. The resolution on Xbox One X rarely drops below 1920x1080 with pixel counts below 1920x1080 only found during cutscenes. Xbox One X renders the UI at 3840x2160.
When outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled, PS4 Pro also uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728x972. PS4 Pro in its 1080p output mode drops its resolution below 1920x1080 more often than Xbox One X does with the PS4 Pro dropping its resolution sometimes during gameplay. PS4 Pro in its 1080p output mode has improved performance compared to the 2160p output mode which renders at 1920x1080 without a dynamic resolution https://bit.ly/2FO88T4
Xbox One S renders the game at a resolution of 1600x900 and renders the UI at a resolution of 1920x1080.
