"Crash Team Racing" (CTR) is a kart racing game that was originally released for the Sony PlayStation (PS1) in 1999. Developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, the game features characters from the popular Crash Bandicoot series engaging in kart races.

The game's story focuses on the efforts of Crash Bandicoot, Doctor Neo Cortex, and other ragtag team of characters in the Crash Bandicoot series, who must race against the egomaniacal Nitros Oxide to save the Earth from destruction.

Players can choose from a selection of characters, including Crash Bandicoot, Coco Bandicoot, Dr. Neo Cortex, and others, each with their unique attributes, and race against each other on various tracks. The game includes a variety of power-ups, such as speed boosts, missiles, and shields to gain an advantage or hinder their opponents.

There is an Adventure mode where players race against AI opponents, collecting trophies and challenging bosses. Winning rewards keys to unlock new areas and characters.
