Here's a super easy glitch you can perform in Secret of Mana for the Super Nintendo! It allows any character to charge their weapon to levels way higher than the game ever intended, and you can unleash these charged attacks for MASSIVE damage.

The glitch requires two controllers, but it's relatively easy to pull off.

The main idea of the glitch is this: Have your 1P character equip a weapon that he can charge to Weapon Level 2. Have your 2P character equip a weapon that the 1P character can only charge to Level 1. In this example, Primm (aka MollyM the girl character) can charge her spear to level 2, and the sword to level 1. So I equipped her with the spear and equipped the sword on another character.

Then I had Primm charge her spear to level 2, and then had the second player swap weapons with her to give her the sword. While still holding the attack button to charge on Player 1, obviously.

After swapping, Primm's weapon meter began to freak out! The weapon is actually charging one weapon level every other frame. After charging for a little more, I was able to unleash a level 30 attack or something like that, which is normally not possible since the max is 8.

This glitch allows you to one-shot certain bosses or just deal massive amounts of damage. Toward the end of the video, there's a clip where I use this glitch to deal over 600 damage to Kilroy, which is pretty good considering most of my hits were doing around 20 to 50 damage.
