One last relatively short session to finish up P03’s game and hopefully not face too many repercussions from achieving the Great Transcendence.

The game more or less rushed to its conclusion the moment I returned from ending the Uberbots, and it was a bit bittersweet. I think I overall enjoyed the story and how the characters handled it (especially P03 getting what they deserved), but I really wanted more.

The parts with Luke were hit or miss - I think they generally fit the game, but they were a jarring interruption when I wanted to get further immersed in the “game”.

I’m not sure I can properly express my disappointment that there wasn’t a fully fleshed out world for Magnificus and especially Grimora. I’ve become especially interested in seeing more from Grimora, whose overall presentation (the character design, music, dialogue, the way the cards work, etc.) I think would be the best followup to Leshy if fully fleshed out. Surprisingly, I didn’t really enjoy Magnificus’ take on Yugioh, and I’d hoped there’d be something different or more robust would be used if his world gets fleshed out. I really want to spend more time with that Mox deck.

Kaycee’s Mod has at least been helping fill the gap left from not being able to spend more time with Magnificus and Grimora, and I’m really hoping the additional hires that are being made to expand Inscryption will give me what I really want.
