Redemption 2
Can be downloaded here...

Maybe not the first map try and stay true to L4D's lore... but it is certainly the only one that does it right... takes place in between Blood Harvest and The Sacrifice, re-enacting the events of the comic...

(I had full intention to play this with some people... however at the time of demo recording this... I had just finish the day long marathon of TRYING to beat the maps of the Let's build disaster... I needed to play a map that didn't feel like flossing with rustic barbed wire... and redemption was there to save my insanity... also sorry for the late upload... internet kept dying during the upload... lets hope fifth time is the charm... :\)

Pros
+Well designed levels and environments...
+An actual story (Eat it Cold Case!)...
+Custom models, textures, particles...
+Tie ins to the L4D1 version... love the consistency...
+NPCs...
+Custom Charger...
+MOTHER FUCKING ZOMBIE LIMB WEAPONS! (So... AWESOME... )

Cons
-Can be very difficult at times...
-Lack of direction when it is truly needed... must have gotten lost atleast once per chapter...

Final Verdict
100/100

Redemption 2 has been in the making for quite sometime to my knowledge.. and it shows... Well designed environment and areas... detailed and non-linear... custom content that is also well made and well implemented to help the story... This truly feels like valve turned their comic into another level...

The faults aren't to bad... it can be very difficult, and you can get lost very easy... but when I can beat the shit out my enemy with their kins' amputated limbs... it is hard to remain unbiased :3
