I'm not entirely sure what inspired this level, but I think it was mainly a combination of 3 things: the fact that we actually have a good unsampled port of the YI athletic theme now, the fact that I've never used sprite 5E in that way (and only used it in the other way once), and the fact that I recently revamped and updated my custom Timed Lift sprites. As you might imagine, I started designing the level quite some time ago and only recently got the motivation to finish it. I suppose I could have made each section into a longer standalone level instead, but...whatever. (And once again, ignore the glitchy goal sequence.)
