CYBER SPACE OCULUS RIFT DK2 Ride - GamerMuscle Virtual Reality
49I'm not a huge fan of fairground rides but if there ever was a test for motion sickness then this has to be one of the best.
Cyber Space is a simulated fairground ride with a mini game built in and surprisingly even though it has a huge amount of movement I did not feel "sim sick" at all.
Unlike the feeling you get if you turn off head tracking whilst wearing the rift which is quite comparable to see sickness this ride produces a zero G hump back bridge feeling which is actually very enjoyable, so much so it really caught me off guard.
So yet again another demo has left me doubting how much of a grasp on reality my brain has and surprised as to how much you can trick it with what the eyes see alone.
All in all It's surprising how close the VR experience lined up to the real world feeling of being on a ride like this !
