Cyberpunk 2077, RT Overdrive, Path Tracing, JoyToys & Dancers [RTX 4070, Core i9, 4K, 60 FPS]
2RT Overdrive with Path Tracing Technology Preview looks awesome. It looks almost like an entirely new game because of the life-like Global Illumination, Ray Tracing tech. I wanted to see what the game would look like on even newer next-generation hardware. I recently upgraded to a GeForce RTX 4070 GPU and I chose Cyberpunk 2077 as the first game to test the new tech. After spending some time with getting the optimal settings just right, I captured this gameplay for showing off on YouTube. The in-game resolution had to be lowered to 1440p to be able to hit 60 frames per second. The final edit is upscaled to 4K. This Path Tracing Technology Preview is exclusive to PC and won't be available on current-gen consoles like PS5 or XBOX S/X. They just aren't powerful enough so maybe we'll see it in a few years on next-gen PS6 or the next-gen XBOX.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.
Adapted from the Cyberpunk franchise, the game is an open world, non-linear RPG with an FPS style in which players are able to heavily customize their character to suit their play style. Gun play, exploration, player choice and activities such as hacking are to feature heavily throughout the game with missions, quests and objectives being completed in a variety of different ways. The world will have dynamic weather and a day/night cycle to make it truly immersive.
