Cyberpunk WAS BETTER When It Was A Buggy Mess!

Second - yeah, I had way more fun in Cyberpunk 2077 when it was partially fixed. When it came out, it was unplayable and that was horrible and CD Project Red lost a lot of faith that day, but they did not abandon the game. They fixed it just like they did with Witcher 3 (although, that was not in such a bad state when it came out). And it was good and for me, the sweet spot was around a year in - the game was playable, but there were some bugs that spiced the game up, as in my opinion is not the greatest game ever made. As a looter shooter, it looses to Destiny and Borderland, while as a dystopian RPG with stealth it looses to Deus Ex, and roleplaying is way better in GTA V, where you be a cop or a firefighter.
So thank you for your service CDPR, I respect you, but, eh....
