Trying to make illustrations of the useful skips of the game, even though they might be slightly obvious in some cases. In a Resurrection-mode run, I think that at this point you'll conveniently have just enough redemption to do this skip. It saves at least 30-40 seconds, I think.

Also introducting a new strategy with which you can save that ultra-important redemption of yours: checkpoint abuse. I kill Dante at the top to stop redemption-mode from wasting all his redemption. However, this takes time, more at some places than others. In a Resurrection-mode, you might not want to have a maxed out health after all...
