Here are the sliders for the most attractive male character I could create in Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin (1.02). This took several hours to make, but none of the other guides out there were to my liking so I had to do it, and I'm satisfied with the result. I assume all of this applies in the vanilla version of the game.

Starting from a new game's default character settings, make these changes, to create the character in the video:

■BODY
Physique 2

■FACE
Homeland 4
Hair (row 2, column 3)
Hair color (row 2, column 7)
Eyebrow color (row 2, column 7)

■ADVANCED SETTINGS
Overall 1 - Age (youngest)
Overall 1 - Skin color 2 (dark +8)
Shape 2 - Cheekbone height (highest)
Shape 2 - Cheekbone depth (deep +10)
Shape 2 - Cheek fullness (Convex +12)
Shape 2 - Cheeks (thin +10)
Shape 2 - Chin tip depth (deep +8)
Shape 2 - Jaw breadth (wide +20)
Shape 2 - Chin (highest)
Eyes 1 - Glabella protrusion (concave +14)
Eyes 1 - Eye size (large +10)
Eyes 2 - Eyeshadow (darkest)
Nose 1 - Nose tip height (lowest)
Mouth 1 - Lip shape (pucker to the max)
Mouth 1 - Lip protrusion (convex +5)
Mouth 1 - Occlusion (up +10)
Mouth 1 - Fullness (small +10)
