On the servers that DS3 sends you to if you use mods, we are testing a netcode patch I've been developing that fixes an issue present in the Souls games from the beginning that causes rolls on higher latency to be more effective, thus making DS3 combat at high latency very frustrating. You'll need to already have a penalized DS3 account to play.

This fix uses many edits to the netcode, but in simple terms it removes the attacker side check of iframes and attack registration. Effectively this keeps things the same other than making high latency fights like low latency fights.

~INSTRUCTIONS~
1: Download the mod and install:

2: Open Dark Souls 3 on a DS3-Penalized steam account:
The mod penalizes you in Dark Souls 3, so the mod only allows you to play online if you are already banned, and it only allows you to play with other users of the mod.

3: Have a meta-level character ready:
Using Honest Merchant(https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/...) or some other build making mod, you can easily level up a character to SL 125 and upgrade your weapons to +10.

4: Play PVP:
When the stream starts at 3:00pm EST tomorrow, Invade the location we decided on, summon red signs, or host with summoned friendly phantoms using the password "amir". Make sure to have fun!

Matchmaking:
"Penalized" Servers
Soul Level: ~125
Weapon Level: +10
Password(all lowercase): amir

Rules:
Please make you installed the mod(It didn't work if you can't connect to anyone), don't cheat or use excessive glitches(Machine gun bow, estus refill etc.), and don't use spells as a lot of them don't work properly with the mod current(double-hits etc.).
